We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your designs. This policy explains what information is shared with us and what we do with it, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

What information we receive

The website has no user accounts. We receive information only when you contact us on your own initiative: through the contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp. You are not obliged to give us information, but without contact details we cannot get back to you:

• Your name and contact details (email or phone).
• On the form: also the service you are interested in.
• The content of your inquiry.
• Files you choose to send, such as sketches, photos and models.

The website itself does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. It stores only your language choice (Hebrew or English) and your accessibility menu settings in your browser, so they are applied on your next visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. The hosting server may keep technical logs, such as IP address and access time, for security and operations.

How we use information

• To answer your inquiry and provide a quote.
• To carry out the project and communicate about it.
• To meet legal requirements, such as bookkeeping.

We do not sell information or pass it on for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality of designs and files

Client designs, files and models are kept confidential. We do not publish or share them - not even as example work - without explicit written permission.

Third-party services

The website uses external providers for hosting, the 3D viewer and delivering contact-form inquiries. They receive only the information needed for that, and some of them operate outside Israel.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as the project or the law requires, and take reasonable measures to protect it.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact us and we will handle your request promptly.
